About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Writer Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, improve their writing skills, and gain hands-on experience in creating engaging content across various digital platforms.
As a Content Writer Trainee, you will work closely with the marketing and content team to create impactful content for blogs, websites, social media, branding campaigns, and marketing materials while learning industry-standard writing and SEO practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating high-quality, engaging, and original content for blogs, social media, websites, emailers, and marketing materials.
- Conduct basic research on industry-related topics to support content development.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, consistency, and readability.
- Support the team in developing content strategies aligned with company goals and branding.
- Work closely with senior writers and marketing team members to meet deadlines and campaign requirements.
- Learn and apply SEO best practices while writing and optimizing content.
- Update and revise existing content to improve accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
- Assist in writing captions, website copies, promotional content, and campaign-related creatives.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for smooth content execution.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of content writing principles.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to research and summarize information effectively.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Google Docs, or similar tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, blogging platforms, or social media content creation.
- Prior writing samples (academic, personal blog, portfolio pieces, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and content management platforms.
Work Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (except 1st and 3rd Saturdays)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
