Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Location: As per branch requirement
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for the society across loan, deposit, and member services.
- Identify and onboard new customers and increase membership.
- Promote society products such as gold loans, vehicle loans, personal loans, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, etc.
- Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Achieve monthly business targets assigned by the management.
- Conduct field visits, market surveys, and promotional activities to expand business.
- Coordinate with branch staff to support smooth operations and customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare daily/weekly business reports and submit to the Branch Manager/Head Office.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹8,640.77 - ₹30,000.00 per month
