Key Responsibilities: Internal sales co-ordinator and customer support
1. Sales Coordination & Order Management
Update Transaction Orders (T.O) in the material kit on time.
Maintain status updates in the respective communication portal
(whatsapp) to ensure transparency.
Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up on workstation production progress to ensure timely dispatch.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow from sales to dispatch.

2. Material & Supply Chain Coordination (work station)
Arrange materials on time to avoid any delivery failures.
Work closely with the procurement and production teams to align material availability with production schedules.
Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for potential shortages.
3. OTD Reporting & Performance Monitoring (Piping & Work Station)
Prepare and submit On-Time Delivery (OTD) reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis without fail.
Track and analyze delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate with dispatch and production teams to ensure OTD targets are met.
4. Communication & Reporting
Maintain regular communication with internal teams (Sales, Production, Dispatch, Procurement) to ensure smooth operations.
Generate status reports for management on sales, production, and dispatch timelines.
Address any customer inquiries related to orders and dispatch schedules.
5.Sales Activities: Manage and execute sales-related tasks to meet company goals.
6.Customer Inquiries: Handle direct customer inquiries, ensuring timely
responses and providing accurate information.
7.IndiaMART Inquiries: Monitor and respond to inquiries received through
IndiaMART, ensuring prompt follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
