Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Placement & Corporate Relations Manager with 5+ years of experience in campus placements, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between students and employers by developing strategic industry partnerships and driving successful placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Relations & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startup's, product companies, service-based companies, and enterprises.
- Identify and onboard new Active hiring partners to create placement opportunities for students.
- Engage with recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.
- Develop long-term partnerships to facilitate recurring recruitment and internship opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and corporate partners.
2. Placement Planning & Execution
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including job opportunity identification, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Align student profiles with suitable job roles based on their skills, performance, and career goals.
- Coordinate online assessments, technical interviews, HR interviews, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both students and employers.
- Maintain accurate records of placements, offers, and recruitment activities.
3. Student Career Readiness
- Work closely with trainers and mentors to ensure students are prepared for industry expectations.
- Conduct and coordinate resume reviews, mock interviews, aptitude assessments, and employability programs.
- Provide guidance to students on interview preparation, communication skills, and professional etiquette.
- Track student progress and recommend improvements to enhance employability.
- Share recruiter feedback with students and training teams to continuously improve outcomes.
4. Employer Engagement & Networking
- Organize placement drives, recruitment events, webinars, guest lectures, and networking sessions.
- Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and corporate meetings.
- Promote the organization's talent pool and training programs to prospective employers.
- Strengthen relationships with existing hiring partners to encourage repeat hiring.
5. Placement Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain databases of students, recruiters, job openings, and placement records.
- Track key metrics such as placement percentage, offer conversion rates, average CTC, and recruiter engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly placement reports for management review.
- Analyze hiring trends and employer requirements to help align training programs with market demands.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new hiring partners onboarded.
- Number of placement opportunities generated.
- Student placement percentage.
- Offer conversion rate.
- Average salary package achieved by students.
- Recruiter satisfaction and repeat hiring partnerships.
- Student satisfaction and placement outcomes.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri District)
