Title: IT Analyst/ Graduate Trainee Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor IT infrastructure (servers, network, applications, cloud) using monitoring tools

Identify, log, and track alerts/incidents in real time

Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues as per defined procedures

Support Major Incident Management (MIM) coordination activities

Maintain accurate ticket updates in ServiceNow or relevant tools

Assist in daily health checks and operational reporting

Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Participate in shift-based operations (24x7 support environment)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support groups
Required Skills:
