Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Schedule appointments for counselors or sales executives when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Good listening and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work under targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
