Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, and marketing activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
Sales Documentation
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Assist customers with financing, insurance, registration, and other documentation requirements.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for vehicle delivery.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
