- Welcoming & Guiding: Greet patients, families, and visitors immediately upon arrival, offering assistance with registration, check-ins, and navigating the hospital.
- Patient Support: Act as a central point of contact for patient enquiries, providing information on services, doctor schedules, and hospital facilities.
- Complaint Resolution: Promptly address patient complaints or concerns, liaising with nursing, billing, or clinical departments to resolve issues and improve patient satisfaction.
- Operational Liaison: Coordinate between patients and internal departments to facilitate smooth admissions and discharges.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records regarding feedback and special requests in the hospital CRM.
- Patient Experience Management: Conduct regular rounding to ensure comfort and gather feedback on service quality.
