Job Title: Team Leader – Health Insurance

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives.
- Ensure the team consistently achieves monthly sales targets.
- Motivate, guide, and support team members to improve their performance.
- Monitor team productivity, call quality, and overall sales performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve team challenges and maintain a positive, target-driven work environment.
- Coordinate with management and submit regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years as a Team Leader in the Insurance Industry, preferably Health Insurance.
- Proven experience in team handling and driving sales performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to achieve team targets through effective planning and coaching.
- Good understanding of health insurance products and sales processes.
