Head of Sales– Route Sales (Bakery Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage route sales operations across all sales vehicles.
- Supervise salesmen and the Sales Leader.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Go with salesmen on routes 5 days a week for coaching and market development.
- Spend 1 day a week on sales reporting, analysis, and planning.
- Develop new customers and increase sales from existing accounts.
- Monitor route performance, product availability, collections, and customer service.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the sales team.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely product supply.
- Implement marketing strategies and digital and social media marketing.
- Train and ensu usage of pod billing system.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
