Key Responsibilities
- Operate heat press machines safely and efficiently
- Set temperature, pressure, and timing according to product specifications
- Position garments or materials accurately before pressing
- Apply vinyl, sublimation, DTF, screen print transfers, or other heat-transfer materials
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Keep records of production quantities and defects
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of heat transfer printing processes
- Ability to operate industrial heat press equipment
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Teamwork and communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
