Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Industrial Automation Trainer to deliver high-quality remote training programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in automation systems and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at various skill levels. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training modules that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), SCADA systems, Human-Machine Interface (HMI), and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
- Develop course content, including presentations, hands-on simulation exercises, case studies, and assessments tailored to industry standards.
- Conduct live virtual training sessions covering motion control systems, variable frequency drives, and servo/stepper motor integration.
- Train participants on panel design principles, including electrical schematics, component selection, and panel layout best practices.
- Provide instruction on AutoCAD for electrical control drawings, panel layouts, and automation system design.
- Guide learners on system integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation networks.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical projects, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation to keep the curriculum current and relevant.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training materials and introduce new modules as per industry demands.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or Mitsubishi).
- In-depth knowledge of SCADA systems (Wonderware, Ignition, WinCC, or similar).
- Proficiency in HMI configuration and integration with PLC/DCS systems.
- Understanding of DCS architecture and its application in process industries.
- Experience in motion control systems, including servo drives, stepper motors, and coordinated motion applications.
- Knowledge of panel design, including electrical schematics, control panel wiring, and component sizing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and interpreting electrical and control system drawings.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage remote audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.
- Relevant certifications in PLC, SCADA, or automation systems are an added advantage.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and digital content creation tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
