- As part of the Infosys consulting team your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues diagnose problem areas design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight
- You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise
- You will plan the activities of configuration configure the product as per the design conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
- You will conduct solution product demonstrations POC Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines
- Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers

- Must possess strong networking problem solving and protocol skills along with complete understanding of Mainframe communication concepts and be able to support mainframe connectivity design considerations
- Extensive knowledge of IBM zEnterprise server hardware and in depth working knowledge of TCP UDP ICMP communications
- Provide technical support for z OS Communication Server components
- Good Knowledge on VTAM TCPIP
- Implementation and support of Mainframe security solutions including z OS IDS AT TLS IPsec VPN
- Participate in design development and implementation of highly available and secure Mainframe networking solutions to include Network systems programming and data center capabilities
- Provide problem determination and resolution for network connectivity encryption and transmission issues
- Work as a team member with other technical staff and teams to ensure High available secure connectivity solutions and compatibility between systems
