Business Development Intern
Salary: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,00,000 per annum
Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development intern to assist in expanding our client base and supporting sales activities. the ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and an interest in sales and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Support lead generation through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update client databases and follow-up records.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communication materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Participate in client meetings and business discussions when required.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn sales strategies.
- Basic understanding of client management and business communication.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business strategy.
- Previous internship experience, client interaction, or tele-calling experience will be an added advantage.
