About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts professional to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in D2C or e-commerce businesses, with a strong understanding of high-volume transactions, online payment reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
- Handle daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings
- Perform reconciliation of payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, etc.) and marketplaces (if applicable)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support management with financial insights and decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in D2C or e-commerce companies
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Experience with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar
- Hands-on experience with payment gateway reconciliation and high transaction volumes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in D2C brands or online retail businesses
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and order management systems
- Experience working with multi-channel sales (website, marketplaces, offline integration)
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
