Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Tempus Central, our scalable SaaS web platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, proven experience leading development teams, and the ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles for a fast-evolving product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers working on Tempus Central, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend applications and APIs using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#
- Design and develop REST APIs and database structures that support Tempus Central's evolving feature set
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, product, and stakeholders
- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and technical decision-making for the product roadmap
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, security, and documentation
- Manage project timelines, task allocation, and team productivity; assign and guide technical tasks
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, handle bug fixing, and provide effective solutions
- Participate in requirement analysis and solution design for new Tempus Central capabilities
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to the platform
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development
- 5+ years experience required
- Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, and database design and optimization
- Backend API development and integration experience, with solid REST API and web services skills
- Solid understanding of OOPs, Design Patterns, and Microservices Architecture
- Experience with Azure / cloud services is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with front-end technologies (Angular/React) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to provide technical guidance to the team
- Qualification: BCA, BE, MCA, or MSc IT
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
