Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, maintain visitor records, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Attend and transfer incoming phone calls to the concerned department.
- Maintain the visitor register and ensure proper entry/exit records.
- Coordinate with the Sales, HR, and Admin teams for appointments and meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and documents.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain office stationery and reception supplies.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Executive.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Working Hours
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
