ROLE PURPOSE
We're looking for a high-energy, analytical and execution-focused professional to drive the Cross Sell business across our existing customer base, identifying new opportunities, running end-to-end cross-sell initiatives, managing strategic partnerships, and using technology and analytics to improve acquisition, retention and portfolio profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build cross-sell opportunities with Risk, Product, Finance, Ops and Technology teams
- Drive cross-sell campaigns for existing, new and previously rejected customers
- Develop and manage platforms/partnerships for Clix and non-Clix financial products
- Own the end-to-end cross-sell journey from opportunity to onboarding and disbursement
- Drive business volumes across Business Loan (BL), LAP and K12 financing
- Work with Risk & Analytics to carve out eligible customer pools for targeted campaigns
- Streamline processes through automation and AI-enabled tools
- Manage partner relationships, escalations and business performance
- Evaluate new fintech partnerships and pilot new opportunities
- Coordinate with internal IT for LOS, LMS and system enhancements
- Design scalable processes for new business initiatives
- Prepare business MIS, dashboards and management presentations
ELIGIBILITY
Grade: Assistant Manager / Manager
Experience: 3-8 years in Retail Lending, Digital Lending, Fintech, Partnerships, Product, Business Development or Cross Sell
Preferred:
- Prior NBFC / Bank / Fintech experience
DESIRED SKILLS
- Strong grip on LAP, BL and K12 lending products
- Understanding of lending lifecycle, credit policy & operations
- Hands-on Excel for business analysis and MIS
- Comfort with AI tools for productivity; basic Python a plus
- Experience with LOS, LMS and internal business systems
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
