Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Lead Conversion Executive – Admissions Telecalling to handle admission-related calls using provided data. The candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into school visits and admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents using provided data
- Explain school details, facilities, and admission process
- Handle enquiries and follow up until conversion
- Maintain call records and update enquiry status
- Coordinate with front office and admission team
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi (strong English accent proficiency required)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in telecalling / sales / admissions
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry, calling records, etc.)
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualification:
MBA (Marketing) students or graduates preferred
Experience in education/admission sector will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
