Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced R&D Head to lead the research, design, and development of innovative HVAC and refrigeration products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in product engineering, regulatory compliance, and team leadership while driving new product development and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
- Design and develop energy-efficient HVAC products aligned with market requirements.
- Drive innovation, cost optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
- Conduct product testing, validation, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with BIS, BEE, ISO, and international standards.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams.
- Lead engineering change management and product lifecycle management.
- Mentor and manage the R&D engineering team.
- Work with vendors for component development and new technology implementation.
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and design reports.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering.
- M.E./M.Tech is preferred.
Experience
- 15–20 years of experience in HVAC, Air Conditioning, or Refrigeration manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading an R&D or Product Development team.
- Experience with RAC, Commercial AC, VRF, Chillers, or Refrigeration products is preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
