Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive B2B Sales for our Data Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence, and Automation Solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Technology Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and close enterprise deals.
You will interact with CXOs and senior decision-makers including CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, COOs, Finance Heads, IT Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Business Heads.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify customer business challenges and recommend suitable Data Analytics, Dashboard, AI Automation, and Reporting solutions.
- Conduct online product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings.
- Engage with enterprise decision-makers and build long-term business relationships.
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and sales quotations in collaboration with technical teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and weekly performance metrics.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or IT Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently.
