We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to generate leads and connect with potential clients in the e-commerce industry. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining company services, identifying business opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential e-commerce sellers, brands, and businesses.
- Introduce and explain the company's e-commerce services and solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends and marketplace requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online selling platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹8,515.91 - ₹15,000.00 per month
