Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with around 1 year of experience to join our remote recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial screening/interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Support offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and meet hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Must Have
- 1 year of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of common IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience using LinkedIn and job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Strong candidate screening and sourcing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
Good to Have
- Experience recruiting for Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, RPA, Testing, Data, Infrastructure, or similar technologies.
- Experience with contract and permanent staffing.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment management systems.
