We're Hiring: Security Supervisor Cum In-charge
A leading CBSE-affiliated school is looking for a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor cum In-charge to oversee the safety and security operations of the school campus.
Position:
Security Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the school's security personnel across all entry and exit points.
- Ensure the safety and security of students, staff, visitors, and school property.
- Monitor and maintain discipline among security guards and ensure proper deployment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the campus and identify potential security risks.
- Ensure compliance with school safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and visitor management systems.
- Coordinate with the school administration during events, examinations, and emergency situations.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, gate logs, and daily attendance records of security staff.
- Verify the functioning of CCTV systems, fire safety equipment, and other security infrastructure, and coordinate with vendors for timely maintenance.
- Conduct security briefings, drills, and training sessions for security personnel.
- Liaise with local police, fire department, and other authorities whenever required.
- Ensure smooth movement and security during school transport arrival and dispersal.
- Housekeeping and horticulture
Eligibility:
- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in a school, educational institution, hospital, or corporate campus.
- Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen or candidates with Defence/Paramilitary/Police background.
- Strong leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
- Working knowledge of CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

- High level of integrity, discipline, and vigilance.
- Good documentation and reporting abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with school safety norms and child protection practices will be an added advantage.
