Job Description
We are hiring Email & Chat Support Executives for our non-voice process. Candidates should have excellent written English communication skills and prior experience in chat/email support.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Email/Chat Support
- Versant Level 6 (Mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Good typing speed and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and within SLA.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
