Junior Sales Executive
Location: Greater Noida (Work From Office)
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to build a career in sales. Freshers, candidates with up to 6 months of experience, and women looking to restart their careers are encouraged to apply.
The role involves speaking with prospective candidates, conducting follow-ups, explaining Kareer Coach programs, and helping candidates begin their Germany career journey.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with prospective candidates
- Understand candidate requirements and career goals
- Explain Kareer Coach programs and services
- Maintain CRM records and sales updates
- Coordinate with the Sales Head
- Meet daily and monthly activity targets
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong follow-up mindset
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and WhatsApp
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 Fixed Salary (based on experience, if any)
