Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Fitout Industry and Commercial Interior Projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, and leading sales and marketing initiatives for commercial fitout projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development activities for commercial fitout/Interior projects
- Generate new leads through corporate clients, brokers, architects, consultants, and PMC firms
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial and corporate sectors
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Prepare proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial offers
- Handle contract negotiations and finalization of orders
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand and service promotion
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and bidding processes
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks
- Follow up for payments and ensure commercial compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience handling commercial fitout projects
- Strong client network in corporate/commercial segments preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
