About the Role
ResearchAyu is looking for a qualified and confident BAMS / MD BAMS Doctor to conduct health awareness sessions, seminars and community events across Mumbai and Pune.
The role involves interacting with the public, delivering educational sessions and explaining health-related topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
This position is suitable for doctors who enjoy public speaking, health education and interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health awareness seminars and educational sessions at public events.
- Explain topics related to knee, spine, joint health and pain management in simple language.
- Interact with audiences and answer general health-related questions.
- Conduct interactive activities such as quizzes, discussions and awareness activities.
- Provide basic health education and guidance to event participants.
- Communicate professionally with patients, visitors and event attendees.
- Coordinate with the event and clinic teams for smooth execution of programs.
- Maintain professional medical conduct while representing ResearchAyu at events.
- Travel within Mumbai, Pune and other locations as required for events.
Requirements
- BAMS qualification is mandatory.
- MD BAMS will be an advantage.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with audiences.
- Good knowledge of general health, Ayurveda and patient counselling.
- Ability to explain medical concepts to non-medical audiences.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Marathi communication will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for seminars and health awareness programs.

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- Ayurveda
- Knee / joint care
- Spine health
- Pain management
Freshers with BAMS qualification and excellent communication and public-speaking skills may also be considered.
Important
This is an event and health-awareness focused doctor role, rather than a regular OPD-only position. The candidate should be comfortable with public speaking, audience interaction and field-based events.
Schedule
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Event schedules may vary depending on program requirements.
Salary
Salary will be discussed based on experience and suitability for the role.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
