We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with hands-on experience in CCTV systems to provide installation support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer assistance. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of surveillance systems, networking basics, and remote technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
- Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and desktops.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve technical issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
- Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations when required.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Analog and IP CCTV systems.
- Experience with DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, PTZ Cameras, and Video Management Software.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches).
- Understanding of remote access configuration, port forwarding, and DDNS.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certification in CCTV or Networking (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation, configuration, and technical support.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and internship experience may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of access control systems, biometric devices, or video door phones.
- Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Honeywell, or Axis Communications is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and remote desktop tools.
Pay: ₹10,761.15 - ₹37,590.88 per month
