Key Responsibilities
Minimum Experience Required 4 to 8 years from manufacturing filed .
- Understand hiring requirements from managers.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Perform background and reference checks when required.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and follow company hiring policies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
