Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module implementation, configuration, and support. The candidate will be responsible for designing compensation solutions, managing compensation cycles, and delivering effective HR technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation module is mandatory.
10+ years of overall professional experience with a minimum of 4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
Strong expertise in Compensation Planning, Merit Cycles, Bonus Planning, Salary Structures, Budgeting, and Compensation Workflows.
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and implementation projects.
Strong understanding of compensation processes, pay structures, and HR business requirements.
Experience working with compensation templates, worksheets, guidelines, eligibility rules, and business rules.
Hands-on experience with compensation cycles including annual reviews, merit increases, and bonus planning.
Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and provide end-to-end solutions.
Experience in integrating Compensation with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions based on business requirements.
Manage end-to-end compensation planning processes including merit and bonus cycles.
Design salary structures, compensation worksheets, budgets, and approval workflows.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand compensation strategies and translate them into system solutions.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Support deployments, enhancements, and production activities.
Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business users.
Ensure best practices are followed during SuccessFactors Compensation implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in global SuccessFactors implementations.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
Experience in handling multiple compensation cycles and complex compensation models.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
