Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive with strong experience in blue-collar recruitment, especially for Machine Shop roles like CNC Operators, VTL Operators, and Helpers.
The candidate should be capable of handling bulk hiring and closing positions quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Strong focus on hiring CNC Operators, VTL Operators, Helpers
- Source candidates through job portals, consultancies, and local networks
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Conduct screening, interview scheduling, and selection
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Support onboarding process
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years HR experience (Manufacturing preferred)
- Strong experience in blue-collar hiring (must)
- Ability to handle bulk hiring independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Expectation:
