We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer for our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for improving production efficiency, analyzing machine performance, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of machines
- Analyze Machine Breakdown Data and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Track and improve OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance
- Monitor machine performance, productivity, and efficiency parameters
- Maintain and analyze Machine History Records (breakdown, maintenance, downtime, output data)
- Conduct Time Study & Work Measurement for process improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest productivity improvement solutions
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance & Quality teams for process optimization
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of OEE, TPM, Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Experience in production/machine performance analysis
- Knowledge of downtime analysis & improvement techniques
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Excel/Data analysis preferred
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering
Experience:
1–5 years experience in manufacturing industry preferred (Cable & Wire / Electrical / Process Industry experience will be an advantage)
