They manage reservations, greet guests, balance the seating flow, and coordinate with waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage the guest list, and escort patrons to their tables.
- Reservation Management: Handle incoming phone calls, manage online reservations via [Optional: e.g., OpenTable/Resy], and accommodate walk-ins.
- Seating Strategy: Optimize seating charts by party size to ensure even workloads for servers and prevent kitchen/service bottlenecks.
- Wait Times: Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests during busy periods and maintain a comfortable waiting area.
- Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the food and beverage menus to answer initial guest inquiries and dietary restriction questions.
- Team Coordination: Communicate guest requests and seating updates clearly with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
