We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused Client Relations & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, handling client communications, supporting B2B sales and marketing activities, and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally.
- Respond promptly to client emails and live chat inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations when required.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate client records.
- Visit clients for meetings and business development activities as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in client relations, sales, marketing, customer support, or social media management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
