Job Description
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining insurance products to clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, and field visits.
- Explain insurance plans and services to potential clients.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with clients regarding policies and renewals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
