The Business Development Executive – Agent Development is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing recruitment agents, sub-agents, and manpower agencies to build a strong sourcing network for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers. The role focuses on developing agent partnerships, generating candidate pipelines, and supporting workforce requirements for clients across Europe and GCC countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new recruitment agents, sub-agents, and manpower agencies across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain a strong network of sourcing partners for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workforce recruitment.
- Develop strategic partnerships with manpower agencies to support hiring requirements in Europe and GCC countries.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities with agents to increase productivity and candidate sourcing. .
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely sourcing and deployment of candidates.
- Promote current overseas job opportunities and recruitment campaigns through agent networks.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure achievement of candidate mobilization targets.
- Maintain accurate records of agents, candidate pipelines, and recruitment activities.
- Expand the company's sourcing network in key labor-supplying regions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, overseas recruitment regulations, and ethical recruitment standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on agent development activities and recruitment performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, business development, agent development, or agency tie-ups.
- Experience in overseas recruitment for Europe and/or GCC countries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of skilled and unskilled workforce sourcing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for agent development and business expansion activities.
