Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/database
- Coordinate with Sales/Technical teams to resolve issues
- Follow up with customers and escalate priority issues when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati)
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Patient, positive, team-oriented attitude
