Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (front-of-house and back-of-house)
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Control inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
