Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales, marketing, and business growth in the education sector? We are seeking an experienced Branch Head to lead our institutional branch operations, drive student enrollments, and strengthen our market presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing overall branch performance, leading the admissions (sales) and marketing team, developing growth strategies, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, business development, or education management.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth academic and administrative functioning.
Admissions & Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrolment targets and revenue goals.
Marketing Activities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives to attract prospective students.
Business Development:
Identify new opportunities such as partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and outreach programs to expand the student base.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of admissions counsellors and marketing executives.
Performance Monitoring:
Track branch KPIs, admissions performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
Target Achievement:
Drive branch growth and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Branch Management, or the Education sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
