We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive – Telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Professionally
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Follow up with customers when required
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over phone
