Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in handling quotations, tenders, customer coordination, and government portal processes including GeM. The candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and online tender/quota systems related to government procurement.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
· Coordinate with clients, distributors, and the internal sales team.
· Handle online tenders and documentation on government portals.
· Work on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal for product listing, bid participation, and order processing.
· Maintain and update sales data in Excel (MIS reports, order tracking, dispatch status).
· Prepare presentations (PPT) for products, pricing, and client proposals.
· Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
· Maintain records of tender quota, bid submissions, and approvals.
· Assist in preparing documents required for government and institutional sales.
· Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for timely delivery.
· Maintain proper filing of sales and tender documents.
Required Skills
· Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic MIS).
· Knowledge of MS PowerPoint for presentations.
· Experience working on GeM portal and other government tender websites.
· Understanding of tender documentation and online bid submission.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Basic knowledge of medical equipment products will be preferred.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
