Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based position involving accounts, payroll, statutory coordination, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally (mandatory)
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
- Assist with GST and TDS compliance and maintain related records
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Coordinate with the company's external consultant for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and payroll-related statutory compliances
- Maintain employee attendance and payroll records
- Handle office administration, documentation, and filing
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Assist with HR and other administrative activities as required
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory
- Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance coordination
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Prior experience in accounts and administration preferred
