Deliver the required number of stipulated mandays to ensure better Training Coverage
1. Collaborate and support sales and training team to identify the TN of Sales force
2. Conduct Induction and capability development programs for Advisors
3. Conduct Refresher Trainings for Advisors
1. Administer the Training feedback sheet at the end of each program
4. Collate and analyze feedback
5. Maintain a training cost tracker
KRA2
To ensure adherence to all regulatory and BSLI guidelines in order to meet company compliance.
1. Ensure all new Advisors/Agency Managers are trained in ULIP and AML before they start selling.
2. Maintain documentation of the same.
KRA3
Focus constantly on Self development and invest in skill enhancement.
1. E learning course of Aditya Disha per quarter
2. Initiate professional course as part of role development and complete them on timely basis
3. Participate in Projects (if any) assigned and undertaken by the TPD training team
