Medical Equipment Repair Job Description
- Installation & Testing: Set up new medical equipment, ensuring it meets manufacturer specifications before being used on patients.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions. Disassemble devices to repair or replace defective components like motors, transformers, or circuit boards.
- Calibration & Safety Checks: Routinely test and calibrate equipment using specialized diagnostic tools to guarantee accurate readings. Inspect devices for electrical or mechanical hazards to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on machines (e.g., cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting) to prevent sudden failures.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance, repairs, safety inspections, and hardware or software updates.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
