Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer with experience in high-rise residential construction projects using Mivan shuttering technology. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor Mivan formwork installation, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers.
- Conduct quantity checks and verify material consumption at site.
- Monitor quality of construction work and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in preparation of daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and housekeeping practices.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and technical challenges to senior engineers.
- Verify measurements and support billing-related activities.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and planning teams for timely project execution.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects.
- Hands-on exposure to Mivan construction methodology.
- Knowledge of RCC works, finishing activities, and construction drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
