Time study - Time study of production lines & logistic activities with use of MTM UAS & MTM Logistics.
- Balance the line with optimized resources & proper documentation.
- Calculation of Indirect operators cycle times.
Ergonomic evaluation Improve ergonomics with Hella norms & reduce fatigue of operators in assembly
Productivity Management - Productivity Improvement tracking & actions to achieve productivity targets.
- Labor efficiency calculations & improvement.
- Sustain Data validity of Labor efficiency.
- OEE tracking & improvement.
Head count planning - Head count planning for plant
- Head count alignment with the Production team & Plant manager
- Maintain the Operative headcount tool.
CI-Workshop Moderator (SMED, TOM, 5S) - Moderate workshops of SMED, 5s, Time optimized Maintenance, Value stream Mapping, Visual shopfloor improvement.
- Co-ordinate team for cost saving idea generation, implementations & tracking.
- CI activities with operators to increase productivity.
- Support Shopfloor people for achieving targets & bonus.
Layout Management - Review & Update plant layout on half yearly basis.
- Update plant layout as per new project or specific requirements for improvements.
SAP - Create Routings & Work centers.
- Update the routings in timely manner
- Identify & solve the errors & verify routings.
Forvia Excellence System 4.0 - Co-ordinate & support plant to apply standards of Forvia Excellence System.
- Train the depts on the requirements of Forvia Excellence system.
- Co-ordinate the Forvia Excellence System Audits & action plans.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering Graduate
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of work experience
- Good in Communication
