Plugzmart is an end-to-end EV charging technology and infrastructure platform built to accelerate the transition to electric mobility. We enable businesses, fleets, and Charge Point Operators (CPOs) to deploy, manage, and scale EV charging networks with confidence.
Our offering includes AC chargers from 3.3 kW to 22 kW and DC fast chargers from 30 kW to 360 kW, supported by a scalable cloud-based Charging Management System (CMS). Plugzmart also offers CMS white-labelling, enabling businesses to launch and operate their own branded EV charging platforms and networks.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through social media, influencer campaigns, EV communities, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
The primary responsibility is to convert interested prospects into qualified leads and maintain accurate lead information for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor social media platforms, influencer campaigns, and EV communities for potential prospects.
Reach out to interested prospects through DMs, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.
Qualify leads based on business needs and potential fit.
Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records in CRM.
Maintain daily activity and lead generation reports.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in initiating conversations with new prospects.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Preferred Experience
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
Interest in EV, Technology, or SaaS industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
