Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Handle staff attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with institutional rules
- Maintain employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Support administration in HR planning and performance management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), or relevant field
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
