We are seeking a dedicated .NET Support Engineer to provide technical and application support for enterprise-level .NET applications. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems, resolving production issues, troubleshooting application errors, and ensuring smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong debugging skills and experience supporting .NET applications in production environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain .NET-based applications
- Troubleshoot application and production issues
- Analyze logs and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams
- Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis
- Perform application deployments and maintenance activities
Required Skills:
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database queries
- Familiarity with IIS, APIs, and deployment support
- Experience with ticketing/support tools
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune)
